Even though our machines are designed to be trouble free, in the event of a problem occurring you need to be up and running at the earliest opportunity due to the time constraints of payroll processing.
All our popular maintenance packages include preventative maintenance (PM). A PM visit consists of a general service, replacement of any faulty or worn parts and a clean.
We have a national network of engineers to respond as quickly as possible, and a team of technical support staff to provide effective telephone support. Our standard on-site response time is 8-working hours from receipt of a service call. A range of service options including fully comprehensive maintenance contracts are available to provide trouble free pressure seal solutions and peace of mind.
